Eat fresh vegetables 3. Learn proper serving size. All foods and beverages can be consumed, but in moderation. 4. Drink plenty of water, water is the most essential nutrient required by your body. 5. Use exercise and proper nutrition to achieve and maintain your ideal weight, balance between the calories you eat and the calories your body burns. Eat less and burn more fat with exercise. 6.
